Cat Clapping Terms of Service

These terms apply to catclapping.app.

The service

Cat Clapping is an independent tool for creating AI cat-clapping videos from photos. Person + cat and cat-only modes share the same generator and task history. Input requirements and per-task credit cost appear in the generator.

Results are AI-generated and may change faces, fur, anatomy and movement. An exact copy of a meme, identity match, specific choreography or particular creative outcome is not guaranteed. The service creates a short MP4 video; no music license, transparent GIF export or original-footage rights are included.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Use photos of yourself, your own cat or people and animals you have permission to include. You retain rights you hold in your inputs and allow us and our service providers to process them to deliver the requested service.

Do not use the service to impersonate, harass or exploit anyone, infringe rights, distribute illegal content, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Review the result before sharing and disclose that it is AI-generated where required. You are responsible for rights to input photos, added music and the use of the output.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. All video generations require purchased credits; there are no free generations. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days. The checkout displays the currency, price and credits for the selected pack. The server determines prices and generation costs; displayed task estimates assume the cost remains unchanged.

A confirmed failed generation returns its generation credits once. An uncertain submission keeps credits reserved while its status is checked; do not submit a replacement automatically. When generation has finished but saving is pending, only saving is retried, without a second generation charge.

Refund requests

Credit returns do not reverse a payment. For a cash refund or an incorrect charge, email support@catclapping.app from your purchase email with the order number and a short explanation. We assess requests individually, including credit usage, outstanding tasks and any delivery problem. A request is not an automatic approval.

An approved cash refund goes through the payment provider, normally back to the original payment method. Associated credits are removed; bank processing times vary. If a delivered video cannot be played or substantially fails to provide what was sold, contact us with its task number. Personal taste alone does not establish a technical failure. These rules do not remove mandatory consumer remedies. Never send card security codes, passwords or secret keys.

Results and availability

Finished videos are saved privately and made available through temporary playback and download links. Links can be refreshed from your own task without generating again. Original uploaded images and generated videos are retained for 30 days from when each file is stored. Files are deleted automatically after that period, usually within 24 hours of expiry. Download videos you want to keep; deleted files cannot be restored by refreshing a link.

Service availability and generation times vary. We may suspend access for misuse or operational reasons. If a task needs checking, email support@catclapping.app or use Support tickets with the task information. Do not send passwords or secret keys.

Independent product

Cat Clapping is not affiliated with the original meme creators or social platforms. References to a trend identify the intended use; they do not grant rights in original footage or audio.

Liability and updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from unavailable service or inaccurate AI output. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Changes will be reflected in the revision date and, when appropriate, a service notice.
